Returns & Refund Policy – Pandemic Clothing

At Pandemic Clothing, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item does not match the product description

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear


3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pandemic Clothing is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or card provider

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, email us


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos for verification

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
